否则必须输入运行了服务器端的主机的IP地址
如果是在远程机（192.168.2.100)上运行了服务器端，
则可以和别的班的同学一起聊天了。
功能有：
不允许重复用户名登录
不能跟自己说话
不能私聊只能群聊（^_^)
但是可以选择对谁说
可以选择说话的动作
可以保存聊天记录
可以按回车发送信息

java ChatServer //启动服务器
如果是本教室（局域网）则直接双击 服务器端.jar文件即可
(运行之后什么也没有代表已经成功）
